Surprising stay with friendly staff
The room was spacious and clean. Each morning, the breakfast spread delighted us, with fresh pastries and excellent coffee. The staff always greeted us with warm smiles.
Unfortunately, the pool area was overcrowded during peak times, and we struggled to find a lounge chair. Getting to the hotel's entrance wasn't intuitive due to one-way streets.

Cutting through the noise
The indoor pool seemed to be a hit among families. The only minor hiccup was the breakfast setup, which could use a rethink for smoother flow. Worth a visit!

Everything was spotless, favourable location to everything in Bentonville, the staff were courteous. Location: the hotel was right by many restaurants and the museum's, food, and recreationaly. I was happy to find Outback Steakhouse, it was relatively close to the venue and served nice food. Truly enjoyed a sitting area, iron and ironing board, and a work desk in the room.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for our large family and pets. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.
My kids wished for a better outdoor play area for the pets.

It was an excellent fit for a short interlude in Bentonville with decent value for money. We had a room with a great handicap accessible shower, made everything easy. Just beware of the pool area. It can get slippery with kids jumping around.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the indoor pool was a good bonus for our family, and we appreciated the really good water pressure in the shower.

Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast selections were excellent, especially the cheese rolls, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Customer service at the front desk left a lot to be desired, especially regarding checkout policies that seemed inconsistent. The management's handling of guest requests needs improvement.
